Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast dispatch. If you need to edit or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Change of Mind
We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense and items must be securely packaged. Customers are responsible for ensuring correct product selection and measurements prior to ordering.

Faulty or Damaged Items
Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, notify us within 48 hours with clear photos of the issue and packaging.

Exclusions
Returns are not accepted for:

• Items that have been installed or used
• Products damaged due to incorrect handling or installation

Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days.

All refunds require valid proof of purchase.

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
